We Do Not Sell or Share Personal Information

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third parties. The only time your information is shared with another party is when shipping your amplifier back to you (limited to address and contact details for the carrier).

Repair Service Disclosures

  • Diagnostic fee: $30 minimum, applied toward repair if you proceed.
  • Warranties: 10 days on economy parts, 90 days on Mouser/Digikey parts (subject to damage type).
  • Turnaround: typically 3–10 business days, depending on parts availability.
  • Estimates: we contact you with full pricing before any repair work begins.
  • Unrepairable amps: if we cannot repair, you owe nothing beyond the diagnostic fee. We can also offer to buy the amplifier for parts.
